David Halls became a Realtor® because he wanted to be truly happy in his career… and because the industry seemed to choose him as a representative. That satisfaction of being happy in the right career translates into a philosophy that directs each relationship David builds with his clients. He can honestly say that he looks forward to going to work each day, making the home buying and selling experience as positive as possible for his clients.
David grew up in Guelph and, through experiencing life in other places as both a resident and avid traveller, feels strongly that this city is truly where he wants to be. He loves Guelph’s architecture, history, and small-city flavour as well as the culture the city has to offer - all within a walkable distance from his downtown home. But more than that, David loves the people of Guelph and the community that he calls home.

Dave you exceeded our expectations in every way. You did the required without fail. You were always on time, always cheerful and helpful. You showed us what we were looking for and never anything that we were not interested in. You pointed out the good and the not so good on the places we viewed. You provided us with excellent access to various experts to assist when needed. You assisted us in submitting offers on places of interest, including guiding us on possible price points and strategies, and helped us learn from rejected offers. All good stuff, but what sets you apart and greatly above our expectations was how you explained the process to us. It was really noticeable when you explained the various real estate documents involved. You took the time to clearly explain the legalize in plain understandable language, so when we re-read the documents, we understood what they were saying. The contrast between you and our lawyer who subsequently had us sign legal documents was startling. When I asked what some of the legal papers meant, he simply re-read them.
