Josee’s career goes back to over 26 years ago where she wanted a change in careers. The decision was made to become a Realtor® which provided the flexibility to spend time with the kids and participate in their school and extracurricular activities. Being actively involved in the community also provided opportunities to connect with some amazing people, local charities, networking groups and more importantly provided the satisfaction of seeing the smiles on client’s faces when they found their dream homes, make new friends and provided an avenue to give back to the community. It was a Win, Win situation.
Over the years community involvement included organizations such as Habitat For Humanity as the head of the Women’s Build Team/Fundraising Committee; Member of 100 Women Who Care; Treasurer of Guelph Women In Networking (GWIN); Sat on the Board of Directors and continue to be a part of the Finance Committee for Guelph District Association of Realtors (GDAR). Josee has also deservedly earned the highest respect of her fellow Guelph Realtors, as she was the recipient of the John Clark Sr. Award for Community Involvement from GDAR.

Dave you exceeded our expectations in every way. You did the required without fail. You were always on time, always cheerful and helpful. You showed us what we were looking for and never anything that we were not interested in. You pointed out the good and the not so good on the places we viewed. You provided us with excellent access to various experts to assist when needed. You assisted us in submitting offers on places of interest, including guiding us on possible price points and strategies, and helped us learn from rejected offers. All good stuff, but what sets you apart and greatly above our expectations was how you explained the process to us. It was really noticeable when you explained the various real estate documents involved. You took the time to clearly explain the legalize in plain understandable language, so when we re-read the documents, we understood what they were saying. The contrast between you and our lawyer who subsequently had us sign legal documents was startling. When I asked what some of the legal papers meant, he simply re-read them. I can read, I just did not understand. You, on the other hand, helped me understand. Thank you!
